The most common gutter found on residential homes in central Ohio is 5 inch K style gutter. The most common downspout used with 5 inch k style seamless gutter is a 2″x3″ rectangle downspout. Sometimes a 3″x4″ downspout can be installed to accommodate for higher volumes of water. Most of the older painted steel seamed 5 inch K style gutters have been replaced with more modern seamless .027 gauge aluminum.
